If this helps anyone. I am doing NextGen 2026. I did all the released MBEs from 2012 up and the single choice MC questions are from the MBE pool. The MPT is similar to the legal memo section. Negotiation, Arbitration, Mediation, is all new, maybe through law school courses will be experienced.

Never heard of UROC writing format. CRAC, IRAC, CREAC are formats but now I get the impression to simply show your logic and thought process regardless of method.

Someone said it would be a re litigation, however it requires a higher bar of outragous conduct and read somewhere where I cannot find now, that spouse is entitled to seek monetary damages for spousal IIED during divorce. Know you are not in this state of NC, however please HELP for as a spouse divorcing I would wind up on the street with my pets otherwise. Tho no prenup wealthy woman hating husband made sure all his assets stem from his separate property.GOING NUTS
